well WHEN WE WENT i HAD ALREAYD REX=SOLVED TO BLOW OFF MY DIET AT WDW
but if I had not there would be no problem with complying - buffets are rife with meats and salads - most menus I saw had salads and alternatives that were not breaded or marinated in sugars etc
for myself I figured - hey I have lost 27 lbs in 5 weeks - I am stuffing face full of icecream and other such munchies... did the pasta thing at CP... we walked so much, so often... I gained two pounds in a week... without the massive excercie I probably would have gained 5 to 10
anyway - you should not have probs following low carb type diets - desserts on the other hand... unless you are at the adding the fruits and nuts phase of atkins you may not have many choices.
I was doing induction before the trip and am back on it now
