No Pilates this morning, my legs are still SO sore!

WOW, I must have been really out of shape... It is a little better than yesterday, but not much! Hopefully I can stretch them out today and get my workout in this evening. We'll see...
I got a Weight Watchers scale. We get award points at work and I had accumulated a bunch of them, and one of the items was this scale, so I figured what the heck. I also got some new cordless phones for the house and an iPod for DD's Christmas gift!

And I still have more points, I have no idea what I'll spend them on... Anyway, this scale does body fat, BMI, water % and all that jazz. Not a pretty sight! We were cracking up because it would not register DS's body fat, it would always come back with ERR, after trying multiple times. I think that's because he doesn't have any!

So my weight this morning on the new scale was 142.6. It's pretty close to my old scale, except more accurate since my old scale was whole numbers only. At this rate, I may not make my goal of being under 140 by the end of Nov!

But who knows, my body is so crazy I might dump 3lbs in one day, just like I gained them!
DH came back for the long weekend last night, so it will be nice to have him here for more than 2 days!
Oh ya, I forgot to mention the most exciting thing - DD made All Stars!!!

I am SO proud of her, even though it is a huge commitment and I can kiss all my weekends goodbye between Jan and April of next year...
For Tuesday:
B: chocolate oatmeal
L: FlatOut wrap w/ham; colby jack cheese
S: string cheese; apple
S: handful pecans; fun size Almond Joy
D: chicken stir-fry w/brown rice; crispy rice noodles; fun size M&Ms; HC fudge bar
E: 45min on elliptical
Avoided: more Halloween candy (I should really get rid of it! At least the M&Ms are gone)

Tracy, I did have some salty foods on Monday (pepperoni on the pizza, pretzels, plus eating out), and I am having some PMS symptoms and looking at the calendar, TOM is due any day now. That always makes me gain too. Thanks for pointing out those things, it helps to have an outside, rational take on the situation!
