I am very pleased with my experience I had with guest services regarding a complaint I had made.
We called last week to ticketing to inquire about renewing our annual pass early when we vacation in November so that we can use our GAD voucher to renew. We were told yes it would be no problem even though we were outside the 30 day window.
We booked our trip for November to BWV...but I was apprehensive about his info so I sent an email to disney..they got back to me and said no way we could do this and "sorry" about the miscommunication.
I was livid
So I sent an email back telling them how unhappy I was and that I booked my vacation and that it is not our fault that their info was wrong.
I got an email back yesterday saying they were looking into it.
Today I got a call saying that everything is squared away and that we can in fact do it. They gave me confirmation with names and said that it is in their "system" stating we can renew early in November.
I thought this was handled very well and now I am vey happy.
