Sorry I've been MIA, life has just gotten in the way of my DISing. One benefit though is I had a few updates to catch up on.

~Love the pics from the Princess/Fairy meet-n-greet.
~PM looks good, was there back in '98 and forgot about it.
~might think about getting that lanyard pouch next time too as I'm the keeper of everyones tickets and get all the FPs.

Thanks for including the info on meal cost/souvenir cost - very helpful! I'm looking forward to your souvenir pics at the end of the report.

I think that is part of my philosophy for my TR--to include the costs of things as I think it helps give a realistic view on what things cost in Disney. I know so many of us work off budgets so including the amounts I hope will help others out when they are planning their budgets.

Caught up! Other people may not like when TRs go slow, but I love it. It's so hard to stay on top of things on a fast moving TR!

Seems like Lilian woke up pretty well for early in the morning. Very cute that you did tinkerbell gifts. We did not, but I think it's a very cute idea! We also set up stuffies for our Mousekeeper, I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to see if your mousekeeper played along. Ours...well, it's kind of complicated, so you'll have to read my TR to see!

CSR is so very beautiful! Bring on the pictures! The meals are so expensive, aren't they? Whenever they rang up our food I was shocked. And SO glad we were on the dining plan!

Lilian did wake up well that first morning but we had a relatively early night too. I am looking forward to reading along on you TR!

The meals were quite expensive--which is why I am trying my best to post what the meals and souvenirs cost. I also thought it was interesting that Disney takes off the prices from the receipt when you use the meal plan. I am glad we were on the meal plan too though I have not added the amounts up I am sure it saved us a ton of money (if we had paid for it). I will be though at the end of the TR because of our next trip.

I just found your trip report today and I love it. Love your honesty and your precious Lillian is just adorable. I will be patiently waiting for your next update.

Just a few comments:

You know I really thought it was only mothers who coddled and enabled their children. My brother who is over 40 still lives with my Mom off and on. She is getting so much better though about saying no, not only to him but also to grandkids, who are only using her.

TV's on vacation. I wish Disney offered TV free rooms. We are DVC and there are so many other things to do on vacation then to sit around and watch TV. The noise drives me crazy. Once you buy into DVC there are games to check out at the community centers that you can take back to your room. On the Boardwalk you can rent bikes or the surrey bikes. The community centers also have games and activities for all ages.

Love the teacup pictures. I haven't ridden the teacups in over 10 years because of the way it makes me feel.

And I can't believe you only waited 15 minutes for the Princesses.

We are debating on DVC. Which is your home resort? It will have to wait until I am done with school and have my full time job though.

The teacup pictures are some of my favorite of the trip! We were lucky with the Princesses and the Fairies compare to the wait time this summer when I watched them on the Lines application.

No worries- it makes me feel better about being so slow to update mine.

Thanks Kathy. Lilian can be pretty empathetic at times--depending on her mood! Seriously, she does not like seeing her DGM upset so she wanted to comfort her.

Thanks Connie! It was rough go at the beginning of the week but got a bit easier as the week progressed. It was such a different trip than what they typically did. We also stayed at a resort that she and her pal never stayed at so it helped too.

We LOVE Epcot! I've told my kids that some people skip Epcot with their kids because they don't think it's kid friendly. They were completely floored. They said they never want to skip it!!


My vote for your first ride is Soarin' or maybe you stopped off at the Character Connection........

I'm loving this trip report! Lillian is sooo adorable. I love seeing a little girl not afraid to run right up and hug the characters! It's so sweet! And seeing her face with the princesses was so cute! I love everything about this report, and the cast of characters you've got here is such a fun one. Hello all!!

I am so sorry for the lack of updates--I'm not sure where November went?! I am getting over being sick and finishing up my final project for grad school this semester, which is due on Monday. Be watching for an update hopefully on Wednesday!!

My goal is to finish up my trip report before my classes begin again in late January, but we will see how quickly I can update (and if you are willing to tolerate the fast updates).

Hi Anne Marie! We love it too--it is definitely our favorite park (along with MK at the moment). To each their own I guess.
