Lost Will Call Ticket #?

I know they told me not to lose the # for our Will Call ticket.
But I did. I know I wrote it somewhere and thought I put it in a very safe spot but I cannot find it anywhere.
Do you think anyone can recover it for me? what # would I call? or who would I email?
We had a problem with our magic bands in our last visit, we had non expiring park hoppers - and for some reason it deducted an extra day off of our ticket. They gave me a 1 day Park Hopper for our next visit, and now I can't find the #. Do you think they logged my issue so someone would know I wasn't lying and trying to get a freebie?
 
Did you check your MDE account? If the ticket entitlement is listed in your MDE account, all you need to do is use your MagicBand at the entrance tapstiles. And, you can schedule FPs ahead of time.
 
It is not in my MDE. The help desk person at the time told me it would not be available for me to reserve FPP and that I would need to do that day of arrival.
 
Then Guest Relations is your only option. Take a screenshot of your info from your last visit that may be in your MDE account and they can use that to track the ticket. Also take your non-expiry ticket as that was used to dispute their error.
