So, I had the 5 park hopper passes back in Aprl when we went to WDW. WE are leaving tomorrow and I have NO IDEA where they are!!

I am wondering if I left them in the safe at OKW or just lost them.

They were 7 day hopper pluses with only 3 park days used on 4 of them and only 1 day used on the other!!

Any ideas of how I may recoup these??? Or just figure they are gone.

I ordered them online a few years back..................

UGH!!!

If you had written down or copied the code numbers from the back, they could easily have been replaced (assuming that you hadn't left them in the safe and somene else used them.)

If you have a copy of your receipt from the original order (check through your emails), they may be able to trace them that way.

If you have neither of the recipts or the code numbers, I think you are likely out of luck. :(

I have neither...............I think I am out of luck and getting sick over it!!!!

I feel your pain (I know that sick tummy feeling!). I did the same thing - but FOUND the copy of the numbers I had made - not until after I bought a new set of tickets and made myself sick. It was the point where I stopped buying non-expiry tickets - we now eat the cost for each individual trip.

And for anyone reading this thread, a great piece of advice:
If you have a digital camera, as soon as you buy your tickets, take a picture of the back of the tickets!

A few years ago I went down to the world and My pass was not working. The cast member fooled with it and got it to work. He forgot to give me my pass back and I forgot to ask for it. Unfortunately I lost out on that since I did not copy my pass.

Great advice!!

I just found the receipt from my American Express and printed a copy of it!!

I am on hold with WDW to see how to recover the passes............I paid nearly 2,000 or them and was ready to vomit!!! I feel better now...........I just hope they can re-issue them with the AMEX receipt!!!!

This has got to be the most stressful pre-vacation time I have ever had!! Between my DD breaking her foot and now this!!

Where did you buy them? Did you use a credit card? If you can get enough facts about them, they might be able to find them in the system. We forgot a pass at the hotel room one trip, but had another pass that I bought at the same time. They were able to find the missing pass and verify where we used it.

It will be hard without a number to go on (in this case, the missing pass was one off of the one we had).

Try to recreate as many facts as you can - where bought, when used, etc.

It might not be enough, but it can't hurt.

And of course make sure you copy the numbers down on the next ones!

CM Sarah saved the day!!! Yahoooooooooo!!!

I had enough information for her to recover the order. All I really had to do was give her my AMerican Express number and she found it herself in the system!! (I am sure along with many other WDW charges!!).

I just have to go to Guest Services with the incident number she gave me and they will re-issue me the tickets!!!

Thanks for the advice and help!!!!!

I'm glad everything worked out for you!!!!

Another example of the value of credit card purchases! I also like buying tickets from discount vendors who can track numbers. And because my memory is not to be trusted, I keep a copy of the back of tickets in my safe at home and I also bring a copy in my luggage. Glad that all is well, Rosemary!

I'm so glad it all worked out for you! Great advice about taking digital picture of the tickets and keeping those in a safe place-and a copy with carry on luggage!

I'm so happy for you!
The most valuable information is to make copies of both sides of your passes!
But good for you!

Yes, I agree! This is exactly what I do. I keep secure digital copies of all these items, including credit cards. That way if I lose anything, the information I need is accessible.

Peace of mind....

I've lost my Park Hoppers several times. Go to Guest Services at Epcot and they can look you up by name and Date of Birth and they will see when you purchased your Hopper and issue a replacement.
