Anyone else think Walt's "dad" looks uncomfortable when his is called that? He also said when"your mom" died and things like that. Could he be step dad or boyfriend? Just thought that was curious.

Can any of you tell the timeframe so far?

First night after crash everybody on the beach, second night Kate and her group on the mountain, and third night the marshall in the tent and the blonde guy trying to put him out of his misery?
Or am I off a night or two?

If you were there, wouldn't you be actively having people looking for fresh water and something for food? Even if you thought rescue was coming, it would still take some time.

The blonde guy may not be all bad, remember when he was reading that letter, he looked so sad and anguished.

Kate and the marshall, her ex husband or boyfriend?

And the doctor, alchohol in his pocket? His life problably will show to be troubled too.

what are everyone's thoughts on what Kate did !? I guess i'm kind of leaning towards that she had a brief relationship with the marshall and he maybe turned out to be abusive in some way, maybe he pinned a crime on her or something to get revenge for her leaving him...LOL

So I'm not alone in thinking there was more with the relationship between the marshall and Kate. His behavior was off, and for a fugitive with that large of a reward why just 1 marshall, especially if she is so "dangerous"?

From previous post re: Walt's dad, I think he has never really had a relationship with Walt and really has no idea how to be a dad. That's just my take.

I was wondering the same thing about food. Day 4 is next week so they start looking for food according to the preview. I guess they were surviving on the meals left from the plane and the snacks found among the luggage.

This is what I was thinking too. There is definitely something odd there. I don't think she's a killer, plus when they first gave her the gun, she had to ask somebody how to take the clip out.

wow the show was great tonight !!!

I love the fact that every time I think I figure something out, i'm wrong !! surprised the heck out of me when I saw that guy in a wheel chair !! now i'm really confused
this show just keeps getting better and better !!!

I totally agree! I was not expecting that at all. And the guy in the suit?????????

dd16 and I started crying when it showed him in the wheelchair and we finally understood why he kept looking at his feet the whole show. (ps - I love that this is a show we can watch together).

Does anyone see a love affair in the making between the Korean woman and Walts dad? (still can't remember peoples names)

I love how this show keeps me surprised each week! I hope it can keep it up.

Wow....this show does NOT disappoint! I cannot believe how much they have me hooked . Poohtown, I like the developing storyline between them too. They could spend the whole season just developing the history of these people!

When did they show Locke in the wheelchair? I must've missed that. I figured out in the end that there's something wrong with his leg and then noticed him looking at the wheelchair funny. But, I never saw him in the chair. I'll have to go back and look.

I agree with those who say they are hooked! I don't know what it is, but each week I find myself more engrossed in the show then the week before! LOL

I am dying to know what Kate did and who that man is in the bushes? I love this show!

OK, I went back and saw him in the wheelchair. So, I guess when they crashed he miraculously was able to walk again. That's kind of weird, but whatever. This show is great and I really hope the mysterious "creature" doesn't turn out to be hokey. I really love the format of the show where we get the backstory for a different character each week. Very cool!

Oh yeah! The guy in the bushes. Is he real or a hallucination?

Remember how in the second episode Locke told the boy "A miracle happened to me?" Now we know what the miracle was.

Yes, I can see something developing between the Korean woman and Walt's dad. That language barrier could be a problem though. Gotta say J. J. Abrams has done it again....this is a great show!

I was just kidding a few pages back when I posted a long diatribe from a poster on the Lost-tv board about the island being a character, but now I think I buy into the concept.

I missed most of the show last night due to bed time routines - freakin ABC, I tell ya, they stink for putting this show on at 8pm - but my husband recapped for me.

I didn't see it last night but I did manage to tape it. Hopefully I can view it this afternoon. I LOVE this show! I hope this 'creature' doesn't take away from it too much. They could have a wonderful show without something so far fetched. JMHO!
