Did anyone hear what Walt said to Shannon when he appeared dripping wet and then disappeared?

We Replay-TVed it but you can't hear it. With subtitles on it says "mumbled words" or something like that It looks like he drowned though!

I heard someone on the radio today saying a friend of hers recorded Walt and played it backwards. It supposedly says "Don't touch the button, the buttons bad".

OK, I think all of my newest theories have already been mentioned here, but here they are anyway: We (my husband and I) knew right away that Desmond was the guy from the hatch- what if they all "owe" him something (he made Jack's surgery work, the "miracle" as he called it) and that's why they are there (also noticed that he touches Jack, maybe "marking" him...)? After all, Locke didn't seem too surprised... We caught the quarentine sign on the inside of the door, thinking it probably means that The Island is unsafe and the hatch is meant to keep whatever is out there out... We figured that Walt was projecting himself (incredibly creepy, wasn't it?) to Shannon, and I have been distracted so I can't remember any others at the moment (gotta love ADD ). Edited to add the patient Sarah killed was nmed Rutherford- Shannon's dad probably?

On a side note- did anyone else think that Jack's wig was the worst looking wig ever created? I had to laugh every time I saw it! Anyway, can't wait to see next weeks episode!!!

I just saw an email that someone here at work printed out. There were all of these theories and stuff that I missed in it.

They said Walt was talking backwards. And when played in reverse it sounded like he said something about pressing the execute button.

Also, they pointed out that the man who was in the accident with Jack's future wife, his last name is Rutherford, which happen's to be Shannon's.

The guy left for the day otherwise I would have him forward me the email and post all the stuff here. It probably came from a message board somewhere so I will search.
