Anyone excited about tonight? I know it's a recap, but it's still sorta new, right? :p I'm excited...hoping there's something of interest in the recap!
   Me!

It's a re-cap???

I'm sorry I can't get excited about an hour of edited clips from shows they've aired at least TWICE this past season.

MAYBE, if they included significant scenes that were originally on the cutting room floor....otherwise, ABC is just killingme.

I've heard that next week's episode is Sayid-centered. I'm not betting on much new info tonight. It seems like they really want to drag this out as much as possible.

Ugh. A recap show of the repeats I've already seen? Perhaps I'll be finding something else again to watch tonigh. Sigh.

I'm just happy it's not another rerun
Another rerun and I'd just as soon wish that everyone just died in the crash.
;)

Seriously, knowing they have so many fans I wouldn't even mind a "LOST: BEHIND the SCENES" episode. Candid clips of them frolicking on the beach in their off-time, Sawyer sunning himself, the cast and crew lunching from the craft service, Boone sunning himself-you get the picture.;)

I really hope this season is like this because they weren't expecting it to be such a hit and it's so expensive to film in Hawaii. I really hope next season is better...otherwise I'm not sure if I'll keep watching with all these breaks inbetween (okay......I probably will still watch).

From what I've read (I don't know if this is true or not) it seems like we will get some additional perspective. Like they're showing scenes from certain characters in such a way that some things may make more sense.

Like I said, I don't know if it's true or not because it's coming from spoiler information. Hope it works out this way :)

Sayid, dude, cut your fingernails!!!
::yes:: Agreed!

And, the narrator's voice is very creepy!

They sure made Locke out to look like a bad guy saying some people are not what they seem!

Also, you notice Locke told Charlie the island would give him what he needed but he would have to give up something first.
Hmmm, kinda like Locke needed that hatch to open, and the island got Boone?
I don't want Locke to be evil!!

Yep, I thought the same thing when he said that. Did you also notice that all of the survivors scrambled for cover (when Kate, Jack and Charlie were out in the jungle coming back from the plane) when it started to rain and Charlie made some comment about the end of the world type darkness and rain? Locke was loving the rain, like it was refreshing to him. Also rained once when he and Boone were in the jungle (Locke told Boone it was going to rain in 30 seconds or something like that) and it is raining when he is supposedly shot in the previews for the next show. I wonder what's up with that?

Was that part (in the preview) with Sayid telling Locke he was going to take him to the hatch always in the preview or was this the first time they showed that clip?

This is the first time that part was in the clip. I know I haven't seen it before.

I was kind of disappointed in the show tonight, I thought they were going to show us something new not just recap. But I do have to say that I was paying really close attention.

I think someone said it before but the creature did sound kind of mechanical at times, there seemed to be a clanking sound when it was walking.

One of the things that the French lady said was that the others they were the carriers. That makes me think that maybe there were people on the island that had some sort of disease. I know a long time ago they would actually isolate people who had Leprosy by putting them on islands away from the mainland, maybe that is what the island started out as, a place where sick people were sent.

When Sayid was walking through the jungle and heard the whispers, the wind was blowing. I have heard that in some caves when air comes through holes to the outside it is said that it can sound like voices.

I was paying close attention to the voice answering back to Boone in the small plane and I clearly heard: We are the survivors of flight 123 (can't remember the #). I enjoyed tonight's show - it was a good recap and now I'm really looking forward to next week. And that kiss between Kate and Sawyer was HOT!

The narrator for tonight was Brian Cox, the actor. Interesting choice to use a prominent actor like that for narration. I wonder if he's going to be in the show later?
