36 points in 24 were banked to 25, Seller/Broker pays $500 admin fee. Seller will bank 2025 points post ROFR. Buyer pays 2026 dues.

Edit: Total price included 2025 maintenance fee which was incorrect.

scrap disney - $120 - $19200 - 160 - AUL (subsidized) - March - 0/25, 360/26, 160/27 - sent 02/24

I am the buyer on this one.
Make sure you use the actual tool on the first page to generate the string, also, it's impossible for the contract to have 360 points in 2026 on a 160 point contract without having borrowed anything from 2027.

Mark_E---$85-$18752-200-SSR-Feb-0/25, 58/26, 200/27, 200/28- sent 2/10, passed 2/25

Think I missed some of the costs when I initially posted...
But very pleased with it all and can start long term planning for end of 2027/2028 holidays now.

Thank you! I used the tool and fixed it! You were correct - there are 320 points for this year. My mistake.

Still a great contract, better than the deal I got on my AUL sub contract, the only consolation I have is I've had my Aulani contract for 4 years now 🥲

How are all of you scoring these great contracts? Waiting for an AKV to hit!
Don't pay any attention to list price. Set a dvcforless.com alert for the resort and UY you want. Then, every time a contract comes up that you'd be interested in, make an offer. Go in knowing the max you're willing to do - you can go in extra low with the intent to come up or just go in with what you'd do a deal for and leave your offer at that. You can try different strategies - go in with a lower $/point price, but agree to pay all closing costs and dues or go in with a higher $/point but asking seller to cover closing costs and dues (or some combination). Be willing to walk if it's not a deal you'd be happy with.

You'll eventually find a seller who is willing to sell for well below average market prices.
