LOST Digital Camera Memory Card on Resort Monorail May 20

<I'm not 100% sure where to post this but I'm hoping somebody can help. Thanks in advance.>

On May 20th around 9AM, I lost an 8GB Secure Digital Card, it was a "SanDisk Ultra II" card. It is black in color with red and white lettering, and there is a black underline made with pen towards the bottom of the card. It had 6 days worth of vacation photos on it.

I was traveling on the Silver Monorail, on the resort line, from Polynesian to Magic Kingdom. I was switching cards and I must have dropped the other card without noticing. One possibility is that it was kicked out of the monorail and into the track pit at the station. Hopefully somebody found it and picked it up.

I've filed a report with Disney Lost & Found. I'm hoping someone will see this and can help. Even if the card is physically damaged, I'd like it back. I'm technically savvy enough to attempt to retreive the pictures from a damaged card.

I know the feeling, and its terrible. I lost my video camera on our first trip, and never recovered it. Then this last time I lost my entire camera, which was found. But the time that it was missing, I was so terribly upset, not for the $500 camera, but all the pics I could not get back. Hopefully someone finds it, fingers crossed for you . ......

Sorry you lost your memory card!

On our last trip to the World my DD lost a bag with her purchases in Norway at Epcot, needless to say we didn't notice until we got back to our room at park closing. I called central lost and found and filed a report but was not feeling like she would ever see her stuff again. The next day I called again to check in and still nothing, on a whim we went back to Epcot and retraced our steps asking CM's at the kidcot stops if anyone found a bag. When we asked in Norway the CM remembered us and said she held the bag until closing hoping we would come back for it, she then told us to check at Epcots lost and found, when we described the contents of the bag to the CM at lost and found, she went in the back and returned with everything is about 3 minutes! DD was soooo happy.

The point of my story is don't give up, ask at the front desk of the Poly, ask at the MK, keep asking, ask the Monorail people, ask anyone you think might have seen it.
