lost annaul pass?

Hey-I have a question-we are leaving for Disney in two days and i just found out my mom has lost her annualpass. What does she need to bring to get a replacement one? thanks so much

As long as it was activated all she needs to do is go to Guest Relations with her ID and they will replace it no problem. The process takes les sthan 5 minutes.
