1 pound down! Not much but I'm happy with it
I started cutting out treats and now I am doing my "plan" hardcore so hopefully next week will be better.
I REALLY need to work on this. My back, and now knee, is always killing me. I stand up for 10-12 hours a day for work and it is becoming a problem. It's becoming a problem at home too. Sigh.
I definitely could not walk around Disney for hours a day like this so I am committed!
Still can't figure out how to get a weight loss ticker here. I went to My Fitness Pal and went on to their help section but I can't find the link they are talking about.

We are registered. But...haven't trained.
At less than 6 weeks out I have serious doubts about salvaging the experience. I had written it off completely when my husband looks at me last night and says..."hey...maybe we can still do the Princess marathon thing".
