I'm not overweight but for vanity reasons would like to lose 10lbs to get back to my HS weight. I was wondering if I could do this by walking everyday. I usually walk for a half hour 5 days a week so obviously I would need to step that up. Has anyone lost weight just by adding more walking to their daily routine? Would love some details, thanks!
