Good grief. My eating has been AWFUL today and the two days before. Especially today. It's the SEE food diet for me today. When I see food I eat it. And I didn't do even the piddly amount of exercise that I'd managed before. So any good at all that I'd done over the last 10 days is pretty much ruined.

I do this every time. I have NEVER been able to lose weight on my own. I have sucessfully lost weight through Jenny Craig and the WeighDown Workshop, so I know I can do it.

Pretty down on myself right now. Feeling like quite the loser... and not the kind of loser that I want to be!

Sorry to whine. Carry on.
 
As a counselor, you need to first be accountable for your weight and life. Next, you need to realize that if you fall off wagon - only you can get back on it. If you are loosing weight for anyone other than yourself - you will never loose anything that you wont gain back plus some.

When you and only YOU want to make the change - you will realize that everyone has a bad day and eats everything in site. It is normal!!

Just remember it is one step in front of the other, but life is not about restriction it is about making better choices. To either make a better food choice or exercise today or not.

Its 2010, now is the time to decide what you want your life to be otherwise take responsibility that you have decided not to do anything at all.

Start with babysteps............ you can do it (but the question remains do you want to?????) ;)
