Looking for recipes for Felucian Garden Spread

This entree from Docking Bay 7 is our new favorite; I have been challenged to make it at home. Does anyone have recipes for the kefta and the hummus?

Yes, but the only kefta they have listed are the ones with meat.

Yes, I've done that. Between my post here on the forum and that emailed request, hopefully one of the two will be satisfied.

I found a recipe that uses "Beyond Meat Beef" which I happened to pick up at the grocery yesterday. I'll probably try the recipe next week sometime.

(I'm not sure how the rules about links would apply, so I won't provide a link to the recipe, but you can find the recipe by searching for the name of the dish and its main ingredient.)
