We need a minivan for 1 week and we are on a tight budget. What should we expect to pay?? Any deals out there?? Must be an airport location with drop off at Disney!!!!

We have checked out all the on site rental companies and found L&M to be the cheapest by far.

I generally use National car rental on every trip down, and I find current codes on Mousesavers or in my local entertainment guide. this summer, however, I could not really find an acceptable rate so i turned to priceline on the advice of my brother. I did get what I consider to be a good deal. I received a car from Avis, which is on site at MCO, and i took a full size/4 door car and my bid was accepted for $14 per day, plus tax and fees. This is for late August into early September. Not sure what to bid for a van though, so do some research and then bid under the lowest rate you can find by a couple of dollars a day. The only drawback is that once you make an offer and it is accepted, your credit card is charged immediately and there is no cancellation. good luck getting a good rate, no matter where you turn!

What was your final price with all taxes and fees?

The lowest I got on a van with National was $123.00. That was in April for my upcoming June trip. It has never gone lower than that (currently about $189). This is using the Priceless Code and Entertainment Book. The $123.00 price was available for about a week. You are going to have to check every day.

I believe Alamo or Budget was also offering the $120 rate before National did. Just keep checking.
