I know that DVC offers delivery for basic food items. Have any of you ever used another food delivery service? If so which one and was it worth the extra money? We are going with 18 people and I just dread the trip to the grocery store.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I have not used any of them but these are the delivery options...

Disney - Very limited and expensive but will place in your room/frig.

Goodings - An expensive grocery store that will deliver. Heard they have good cakes!

WeGoShop - A delivery service that will shop where you want and purchace anything you want for the price of the groceries and a reasonable delivery fee. They recently had a change in owners (it was a little rough for a couple weeks.)

GardenGrocer - A delivery service that is web based. You choose what you want from a selection of items. I heard you can also request items that are not from the list. Free delivery over $200.

Albertson's (sp?) - This grocery store does not deliver but you can fax your order and they will have it ready for you at a set time. Good for town car stops.

Check their web sites and search here for the reviews!

I have used WEGOSHOP.com with good results. I used gardengrocer.com the last trip and will use them again! They coat $10.00 delivery fee, had great communication and were there on time as promised. They also didn't charge for the second deivery the same week. They were easy to work with-go to their site, make your list, add any comments or special requests and pay with pay pal-easy and no lugging food in and out of the car!
