I wanted to thank everyone who offered to give me a referral unfortunantly I could only use one. We purchased 200 points today and are counting done the days until we return to WDW. My guide Michael Lewis said I was lucky because the F/F deal ends today. So if people are still undecided they only have a couple hours left for the 15% F/F discount. 200 points cost $16,660 after the discount and you get the 2005 points once the paperwork is submitted. August will be our use year. Plus, we will have 45 days after we close to bank our points without losing any. Thanks again to everyone who responded to my post and I am sorry I could not use everyone as a referral.

Hi all! I am new here and I am thinking of purchasing through SSR. We just came back from vacation from WDW today and s/w a rep on 2/4/06 which would have made us late for this. Does anyone know of any other deals? We were told $98 a point and I am now wondering if we should go through a reseller. We were told we had till Sunday to make a decision.

Read this thread. It lists the current incentives. I would try one of those or wait to see what comes up. There is talk that the price is supposes to go up March 1 by $3.00.

The new incentive that "mykidslovesdisney" wants to discuss REQUIRES that a referral from an existing member be attached to the account. The Guide isn't being rude--he's just following the rules. I'm sure he'd be happy to discuss other incentives, but to get the $86 "Friends and Family" price, the referral must first be on file.
