fo 200pts it is $16,600 and $796 per year for maintanence.i just bought 200 points myself at SSR. for 150 pts its $12,495 and about $600 for maintanence.

I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone. We bought today, 160 points!!! Also the half point quirk was because of the June use year. Changing it to August enabled us to receive the full amount of points for 2005, which was a huge no-brainer for us. Thanks again. Now time for a trip to our new home.

According to my Guide, who I spoke to yesterday, it ends as of midnight tonight. I was thinking of adding on, and he said if called him anytime today, and even left a message to go ahead and process, I could get the discount.
