Arts and Crafts Looking for a dress designer

I'm looking for someone or suggsetions of who i could contact, to make a dress for a 9 year old girl. King Kong themed. I would need it for Dec. 28. Something art-deco themed/Empire state building themed. I have a few sketches that I can share.
