Longest wait!?

I have just over 520 days until my first seven day DCL cruise.

This is the first one that I am paying for in whole. I tought that it would take the whole time to pay for it, but just 6 weeks after paying the deposit, I have paid off over half of it.

Now what will i do to pass the time!

Hey Zurgswife,

if you want to see naked people in Munich, you mustn't go to beergardens, which are only open air restaurants. You have to go to the English Garden, which is a public park (Or in this case a pubic park - LOL) or to the banks of the river Isar.

when I booked I also had more than 500 days to go, and the last time I also booked about 20 months in advance. So I know how you feel, but believe me: The time runs faster tahn you think!!

been trying to get travel partner to book a four day in Jan 03 but no go so far might get a May 03 out of Mom yet through,lol.

What did you do to make the days go faster?
They have come down from over 550 to 521 so far, But....

Help, need to know that others have more of a wait then me, that would be comforting!

I feel your pain!
We booked our family reunion cruise 720 days out! It has really been a fun 2 yrs of anticipation ~ learning and planning, meetings, calls and emails full of gathering everyones ideas, family cruise shopping, making Dis cookie jars to save money, etc. The valuable information and Dis friendship from this wonderful brd have definitely become a daily past time to get our pre cruise fix and when it's all 'said and done' we probably won't know how to react.

I posted a similar thread earlier today. I have about 444 days to go. I have been planning this cruise since Jan of this year. 1 year and 11 months in advance.
