I'm sorry, but WHY would you go for Tex-Mex food in the UK? They're not exactly known for that... I really hope you're kidding! Now I hear they have *really* good Indian food!

First of all, I can comment about having a fiesta in my mouth, but you'll end up snorting up a storm if I do that. So I won't comment!

And why would you travel thousands of miles to get food from your own backyard? That would be the same as me getting a Chicago style hot dog or pizza there. Sheesh.

One thing I have on my "must do" foods is have foie gras in France. If I manage to have it at least once, I'm happy. Twice? Meat butter heaven! I wouldn't push my luck more than that.
