Logging on?

Can anyone tell me why EVERY SINGLE DAY I have issues logging on? I have to reset my password every day after I log in and it says yada yada zealandsmom....then I'm actually still not logged on?

I didn't know if you were referring to DCL's website since there have been many issues with that one lately.

yes, I have to be to respond. But each day when I enter my name and password it says it is signing me on, but it doesn't! It doesn't say wrong username or password, it just doesn't sign on! So every day I have to send a new password and then change it.
