Loews Teen Program at HRH

Has anyone taken advantage of the loews team program at HRH. We your teen able to use the games, etc. Did they receive the back pack?

I just returned from the HRH. I was told they were not participating in the t-lowes program. My 2 teens received nothing.

I just returned from Royal Pacific and my teen did receive a Loews small beach bag containing a water bottle, sunscreen, and several different snacks.

It doesn't seem fair that one resort does this and the other one doesn't. I might call the hotel tomorrow and see what is going on. I know it is not much free, but it's nice to get something free once in awhile.

We just returned from HRH and my teen did not receive the bag either.

What age do they consider a teen? Is it 13?
I have a 12 yr old.

Same here, stayed at HRH and no gifts. We did get our milk and cookies and the newspaper.

We stayed at the HRH on 7/17-7/18 and were told that they were not participating in the T-Loews program. We even asked twice to make sure we weren't dealing with an uninformed employee.

We stayed at RPR 6/28 TO 7/12 and our two teens received their complimentary bags and gifts but we had to ask for them after a couple of days when we found out about the perk.

Our girls are 14 and 17.

We were at HRH in June. Received the "A" program for both boys, ages 9 and 17. Also received a bag for the 9year old which contained a few items my son didn't use (more suited for younger kids) for the kids gift.

However, when I asked about the teen program they said that since Hard Rock has sooooo many teens they are not participating in the teen program.

.List of teen items to borrow including Gameboy, Nintendo, DVD player, CD player, walkie talkies, teen books, board games, exercise equipment, pool toys (resorts)

.Coupons for a free T-Loews signature sundae with purchase of meal
.Snacks

There is no exclusion for the HRH on their website. It doesnt seem fair.
I just found the small print!
