Location of Devine in the AK

Where can I see Devine in the AK. The www.wdwent.com lists her at the Oasis. Is there anything that is more specific? Any help would be appreciated.

here are her set times, as @kashzan said she's next to the stroller rentals, as you enter the park on your right hand side
