LLMP Modifying/Changing for One Person Question

Hi Disfriends!

Today was my LLMP 7 day booking window. For the most part, I was able to use the app with success. However, two of us like rides with drops and one of us doesn't. I booked Tiana's for all three of us and I booked Tower of Terror for all three of us, but DS22 is a "no thank you" for those rides. I noodled and noodled with the app to figure out how to get a different attraction for him while DS20 and I ride those rides. I just couldn't find the option to do that on the app. I called WDW and a lovely CM named Audra Joy helped me find different attractions during the same time window for my drop hesitant kiddo. But, she couldn't figure out why the app wouldn't let me make this change. She even called IT during our call, and they said the app SHOULD let me do this, and it just wouldn't. She recommended that if we encounter this in the parks to use the "chat now" feature in the app or seek out a CM at a blue umbrella for help.

But, I thought I would ask veteran folks here to see if there are any suggestions for Audra Joy, Disney IT, and me to make it work in the app. The question is: how do you modify an experience for one person in the group to select a different experience, but keep the selected time for the others in the group? Bonus points for finding a different attraction for that person with roughly the same time frame.

Is there a possibility you can’t do that until you’re in the park? I’m still learning the system but was listening to some videos yesterday and it seems you possibly need to wait but, I could be wrong. Hopefully someone else who has done this will help you out.

1. Select the LL that you want to modify and click “modify selection”



2. Choose from the list of available LL and click “change to this time”



3. Click “modify experience”



4. Select the person(s) in your group who you want to change to the new LL, then click “continue” (any person(s) left unselected here will keep the original LL).



5. Click “continue” (note that there is no final review after this screen - once you click continue here, your selections are finalized).
