The increasing frequency of sell outs makes me think that the initial wave of LLPP users are communicating to friends and family (in the demographics who can afford it or trade off to make it work) that they feel the service is worth the price paid.

It is too early to tell since LLPP has only be in Pilot mode since October, and had a slow roll out from Deluxe only, All on-site resorts, and finally last month available to all guests.

We will need more data over upcoming busy periods like Spring Break, Easter, and maybe Memorial Day holiday weekend.

IMO more that people are drawn to that type of park touring, the one where you don't have to plan this or that out and you can just do what you want. That could be one in a lifetime guests or frequent guests or once every so many years type guests doesn't really matter there if you're more interested in a more open way of park touring.

For some that could be people who have never gone to a theme park before, it could be people who have gone to other parks and done their product (or maybe they haven't but want to at Disney because lots of people go there), it could be people who have gone to Disney and just want to park tour with that freedom, it could be people who are going with people in their traveling party that makes it more desirable, etc.

I think demand will decrease over the long term, but a segment of people are willing to pay a lot of money for a good experience. The same segment who traveled long distances for Eras Tour concerts. For some, LLPP is a once in a lifetime splurge, but for others, it makes a short trip pleasant. Vacation days are often very limited, even for high earners, so I can definitely see people I know doing this.
For me, the cost is not in the budget, but touring the parks without worrying about time slots or strategy is a win-the-lottery dream.

We were thrilled with it at MK an Epcot last trip, and if we go again later this year, we hope to purchase for both parks again. At least MK if not Epcot.

If it's sold out for us next trip, I fear we will be missing out.

Something else. It is just pent up guests that want to get away to a warm place over a condensed time period. If it were just FOMO then we would expect to see Epcot and AK pop up for at least a couple of days over the next 12 days.

OK now AK has joined the Sold out list with 2/15. The first LLPP sell out date for AK this year (last date was 12/30).

Yes just make sure you are looking for the Blue text links as you complete the payment process in MDE. Some guests do miss the links are they try to use both at Gift Card and a Credit Card for LLMP and/or LLSP or LLPP purchase. They tend to just focus on the "Continue" buttons.
