LL Premier Pass is here!

Speaking of buying PP, can someone please let me know how far in advance I have to make the purchase? Ideally I'd like to get them day of, but this isn't realistic since we're going the last week in December.
As a Deluxe resort guest you can book up to 7 days in advance of your resort stay. You can also book same day beginning at 7 AM ET in MDE.

While I'm morally offended by the high price of this service, I admit it's mostly because I've been to the parks dozens of times, and during times when FASTPASSes were an included perk.

Now I'm getting ready to book my first Tokyo Disney visit tonight at midnight (3PM JST) when they go live, and am going to pay hundreds of dollars more for a vacation package which includes unlimited "Priority Passes" as they're called there, for ease of touring without the concern about lines. Granted, these are unlimited, unlike WDW, and there are other perks that come with the Vacation Packages, but still....

Paging Mr. Morrow did a vlog recently where he sort of did this. I think he did every ride except like 2 or 3.
Yeah. And he didn’t do every ride because his head was too spinny. Lol.
I can see how going hard at the rides for a couple of hours could be a turn off.

Would love to see someone who bought it for MK and did all the rides straight! Wondering how long it would take to everything! I think rides like Speedway would still get you caught up in some wait times.
I really look forward to using the pass at MK. I'm going to push my traveling party to go on  all available rides. Sounds silly but I've always wanted to go on that space shuttle ride high above MK. It's a spin ride like Dumbo but it always has a long line. I can't think of the name right now.

The Astro Orbiter is not part of the Premiere Pass.

OK then you are in for some disappointment. The LLPP only is good on attractions that currently have a Lightning Lane. As @Disneylover99 just posted AO does not have a LL and there are many other attractions.

You can check which attractions have a LL option by going to your Tip Board in MDE and toggling the "Show Only Lightning Lane Experiences" On or Off.

What you can do is rope-drop it, without having to to worry about rushing to a headliner.

Does anyone know or have seen data on whether the LLPP has been available to purchase day of for every park so far? To even consider spending the money on LLPP, I would love to be able to wake up and pick a park, buy the LLPP, and have a leisurely day. Thanks for any info!
Yes, for me, one big part of the value is not waking up and stressing out at 7 a.m. a week before, when I will already be on vacation but not at Disney. The data on this looks very promising so far, but I will feel very secure if it doesn't sell out during the holiday peak crowd days. Thrill data will also have the prices a couple of weeks ahead of time, because people can buy for the end of long trips. That allows for mental preparation regarding the cost, lol, and also for plan adjustments.

The Astro Orbiter normally has a 25-25 minute wait. The wait is directly tied to how slow the load process is and the very limited space on the upper platform. Just a note that the ride vehicles are quite small (smaller than the Space Mountain vehicles) and are hard to enter and exit.

How long has Space Orbiter been at MK? I don't think I've ever ridden it as an adult.

In the current configuration as the Astor Orbiter since 1994 (30+ years). When original Star Jets opened at WDW MK in 1974 it was a different configuration with different ride vehicles.

Apologies if this has already been asked. But with the LL Premier Pass, do you just walk up to any of the rides that have LL and get on the LL line? Don't have to mess around with the app at all?

Well you need to purchase it using the app but between your LL attractions you don't need to do anything but use your Smartphone, MB, RF ticket, or select smartwatch at the tap point.

Dave

You can use a smartwatch (Apple watch?) to access park tickets now?

Sounds like Disney might have actually priced LLPP correctly? I guess we don't know how much inventory is going unsold each day, but they are making it reliably available to people who really hate lines and being on their phone and planning, and it doesn't appear to making LLs around the parks worse (or as bad as they were pre-DAS reform). I presume the first real test will be the week of Thanksgiving, and the ultimate test will be the week between Christmas and NYE, right?
