so jealous... POST SOME live pics. Has anyone ever done that before? (posting pics live) Fun Fun Fun... Show us your door. FE. tour etc. popcorn::

Live pics will have to wait until they reach land.

All communications are over sattelite while at sea. That's why it's so expensive.. and it's a TON of internet minutes to try and upload anything let alone pictures.

But I am looking forwards to seeing some when we can!!!

And that will probably be when someone gets to an internet cafe in Madiera...

Hey, us too! Have you popped over to the WB thread to say hi? We have lots going on over there!!;)

Oh I've thought of one thing, what is on the dinner menus - hey what can I say I love food!

MMmmmmm, Me too! Those desserts look so good! I told my trainer I have to lose an extra 5kg's before I go, so I can put it back on onboard.....It would help if it wasn't easter egg season! So, Puurrrlllllease, somebody....what's on the dessert menu's???

Loving this thread, still 5 months till we leave, at least I can enjoy somebody else's joy on this thread! :goodvibes

We were on the March 20th sailing. Alfred and Seymour were (in my opinion) hilarious.

Are they only for adults or can we take kids to see them (ages 7 and 8)? I was looking at them on Youtube and I'm not sure what was so funny about watching a guy dance? (please don't flame me all you Alfred and Seymour fans!)

The kids seemed to love them as well, and were very engaged. It is the chat they do that is funny. They aren't smutty either, even a the adult show,

I'm with you - I have no use for Alfred & Seymour. Their comedy centers largely around pretending to be stupid, which I just find annoying.

All performers usually do a family show and an adult only show (pretty clean usually).

Well hopefully there will be something for everybody, particularly with it being a long cruise.:)

DH and I really do not like Alfred and Seymore and do not find there comedy always kid appropriate. They just act stupid and do the same show all the time. We always hope they won't be on our cruise *crossing fingers*

Have a great cruise
looking forward to the updates

they are the one act I always hope will be on the cruise now after seeing them 3 times still love the show.:cool1: All the other acts on the ship once is enough for me

Just came from the character breakfast. I am stuffed! I have a few minutes until my next activity. I think I'm going to watch Lilo and Stitch on the Ariel view screen.

This is the Report from the Bridge: temnp 68 F, 68% humidity, speed is 21.1 knots, partly cloudy with a gentle breeze, 4-8 ft seas (can see very small whitecaps), 1141 nauticle miles from Port Canaveral and 914 from CC. NICE! (I still can't walk a straight line, tho)

I asked my server last night and he is going to make copies of all the menus and I will get them on the last day. So, I will post them when I get home. One night we had the best chocolate creme brule! And I only had a few bites from one of those trio selections. But it was wonderful!

Alfred and Seymour are doing a cabaret show tonight at 2230, so I don't get to see them until then. They did a little skit on the first night and they were pretty funny. Last night was Heath Hyche. He was hilarious!

That's all for now...

:flower3:Thanks so much for taking the time to update. I appreciate all the details you are providing. We can't wait for our turn this summer.
