Somebody needs to tear down the Boardwalk Inn side of the resort - it's blocking my view of Illuminations!

Thank you so much for posting this! It is so cool to see Illuminations and hear the sounds of the Boardwalk at night. We have been in rooms along that side so it was very easy to imagine myself there. This is so cool!

Oh boy. This web cam has brought me so much joy. As only other DISers could fully understand!!!

Last night I didn't realize it had audio - even though you said so.

So tonight was a double whammy. Illuminations and audio. I'm smiling hearing the children's laughter. Some spend big bucks on the parks and there are so many activities for great memories.

We got talking on chat tonight during Illuminations and lots of people are interested in doing this during their visits. I'll be setting up a thread with instructions when I return on which we can keep track of who is going and who will be attempting a cam!

I think we've figured out all the glitches now, and it should stay up as long as the internet does. We have a break late afternoon tomorrow and we'll check on it then and adjust the angle for Illuminations.

This is outstanding! I will not be getting anything done today as I sit and watch and listen to the Friendship boats come and go. Looks a little cloudy there today. Sure hope the sun comes out soon!!

OMG, too funny. I've got this up and running, just getting in my Disney fix while I'm working. The boat horn just went off and nearly scared me half to death!

Thank you thank you thank you for doing this again. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes I want to be back there so badly. We leave to start driving there a month from tomorrow.

I am kind of surprised by how emotional I am getting watching the web cam. Well - I don't have to explain myself - you all understand. No reason to preach to the choir.

Great idea! We will have a savannah view from AKV next month - June 9-17 then onto Vero. We could easily do this. I will be watching for the instructions.

We are going to HAVE to get a sticky made of this so that we can (hopefully) always have someone somewhere at a DVC resort doing this. wouldn't this be a KOOL way to look forward to your next trip home?
