A few quick thoughts:
Key West: LOTS of damage evident, but they were glad to see ships returning. The Tortuga Rum Cake lady said we were one of the first ships. We were in a spa villa looking down at the performers at sunset, and the crowds of onlookers were almost non-existent.
Wireless: There are two packages: $55 or $100. I think $100 is for four hours...I'm rapidly running out of time due to work, so we'll probably end up buying another block.
Random thoughts:
Although the Golden Mickeys is changed to the "new" version, with Whoopi Goldberg in the intro. instead of Roy Disney, the old version is still on the stateroom t.v.s. It was so nice to see that again; that connection to the "old Disney" was one of the things that used to make it my favorite show.
Hubby tried out the new hot tubs while I was in the spa. The fiber optic lights at night are very cool. He doesn't like the bubbling, but he loves the fact that the jets are adjustable.
We didn't go ashore in Grand Cayman; we just pretending it was an extra, lazy sea day.
The American buffet on the Magic is quite different than the Wonder's, but quite good. The fresh grilled sandwiches are excellent (goat cheese...yum!).
It feels a little weird to be on the Magic, but I'm lovin' it! I was a little sad that #50 will be on the Magic rather than the Wonder, but now I'm excited about the prospect of doing a 7-day for the big five-oh. It's gonna be hard to go back to three days (we sail on the Wonder again in a little over a week). Now off to see "Twice Charmed!"
