I think this is great news - would love to be able to renew our AP's at check in next trip home!!

Yup, just started last week. They are on the same hard plastic as room keys. DD misses the paper ones because of the different characters - LOL!

Very easy and convenient, and they should have been doing this for years!

Finally!!! That's great news! I will also miss the paper ones with the characters. That's how we could quickly tell who's pass was who's.

First time back on...allergies, crowds and this new Netbook computer have made me very crabby this morn...need to go out on balcony for some sun therapy.

Crowds were bad @ MK yesterday, and ride problems, although not as bad as last year at this time. Lots of rude adults to deal with yesterday @ MK...Heading to Studios today.

Not sure about renewing APs, and I don't have time to ask this morn, but I'll do my best sometime this week.

Weather is still glorious!!!!

Sorry don't know how to post images in my posts, as I have only done it by Photobucket, and I don't have the energy for that. If someone can give me instructions for inserting an image in this post, as I just tried it, and it didn't work...that would be great.

Great trip so far, and if you don't mind my asking, how long are you there for and what building are you in? We will be there the 1st week of June and are looking forward to seeing the refurb for ourselves.

We are going late Oct/early Nov for a week and are staying at OKW for the 1st time. Our home resort is AKV's, and we have a GV there with our kids and grandkids in May/June, but we are going adult only for the fall trip. We visited OKW on our last trip and really liked the atmosphere. We are looking for relaxation, quiet mornings/evenings on the balcony, quiet pool time, etc! Where should we request a location for this? I would love a nice peaceful view from the balcony.

Very busy the last few days.

Tues - Had a yucky day @ Studios and Downtown Disney. Studios is our least fav park. Huge crowds, and they seemed to have added Fantasmic showings (scheduled this day as I could have sworn no Fantasmic, so less busy). Had a great lunch at 50s Primetime, but left after a few hours. People wandering, huge line ups and chaos everywhere.

Decided to go to Downtown Disney after dinner, and it too, as always, was filled with smokers, kids running everywhere and noise, noise, noise! Left very shortly after arriving, but boat captain told us to get on wrong ferry back to OKW (couldn't see green flag as it was too dark), so had to be picked up at SSR. We were tired at that point and anxious to get home.

Yesterday at Epcot made up for that day! Had our best day day of the trip! Awesome day - rides, shows, lunch at Chefs and kids had a blast with Remy, and all around great time was had by all.

Off to MK for the day, and lunch at Kona Cafe. Glorious weather as per usual.

We have fallen in love with OKW, and don't want to leave...
