I wouldn't mind having my greater Orlando experiences broadened. There don't seem to be enough days (or money for that matter) to do it all on a regularly scheduled vacation. My objection is the choice of horizons scheduled for exploration: jousting and a run-of-the-mill water park don't seem the sort of thing that gives the most bang for the buck.
I'm sure the kids would much prefer more time exploring the parks at WDW given the limited time they will have OR a trip to IOA--in our area, Cedar Point "The Roller Coast" rules. These band students head that way every year for their end of school band reward. I'm just afraid it's too much to do with so little time. My guess is they will have a two day drive down and a two day drive back which leaves them a mere 3 days for all of the activities AND at spring break time on a weekend when the parks are most busy. Slip into that mix practice and playing time and it doesn't leave much time for fun--then you have to factor in the transporation issues once in Orlando.
Whew. . .they will be very busy. Guess that's the key--they won't have time for mischief!
