This may seem silly but if you are driving to Disny don't forget to check that you have these items with you and that they are up to date.
We were on vacation in Niagara Falls. Ontario and my van got broken into. I had my drivers liscensen in my wallet but the other items were in the glove box and were not up to date.
The police didn't have any problems and they were able to take care of their report.
The company that was repairing the window needed to see my insurance card. (which I didn't have). Luckily I was able to call my insurnce agent and they were able to square things up over the phone.
There really wasn't any delay in getting anything done but I was embarrassed that I didn't have these items like I know I should have.
