Linking tickets into UO app?

Hmm... that's strange. Maybe the holiday weekend? I emailed when I had a question or needed to make changes and heard back within 24 hours each time. Could you try that?
That’s what I’m guessing too. We’ve ordered wdw tix from them at least 8 times and always had a great experience with the product and the customer service- if I don’t hear tomorrow I will email.

I keep telling myself it’s fine, but I’ll feel better once I confirm there isn’t a problem with the tickets.

Slightly to...am I the only one who can't like a purchased but not used or picked up ap to the app? Thanks.
Are you guys using an actual ticket number to load them Kanto the ap or an order number.???...I only have order number...will pick up passes at hotel in Aug.

I’ve tried both the order number and the ticket number.
I did email them yesterday but no response yet.

Update: I just received an email back from the ticket seller. They didn’t exactly answer my question- they just confirmed my order number. I emailed back again to ask if my ticket numbers were indeed valid and if they had advice on linking the ticket numbers into the app.

When I order tickets, I pick them up in person

Usually room is not ready when I check in so I have time to get my tickets at the attraction desk in hotel lobby

Any updates on this? There is another poster in the forum having a similar problem...

The ticket seller said sometimes this happens. UO told me that I should come to guest services in person to get them loaded in the app. Not sure if we will bother, will probably just pull up the QR code from my email (but it would be nice if it was integrated into the app). These were special promo tickets so maybe that’s the reason for the glitch.

Do we need to link them? My TA said to print my receipt of tickets. Also the b2 get 2.
