Linking Tickets for FP

Next week is our 60 day FP window, I can see everyone's tickets (there are 3 of us) in MDE. However, when I go to the FP window, it shows all 3 of us and I select all 3 in my party. Yet when I hit continue, it informs me that they can't find a ticket for one of the 3 (B). I tried scanning the barcode again and it tells me "We're having trouble getting ticket and pass information right now. Please try again.".

At one point, I couldn't see the ticket at all and I did an online chat and they got it linked. So now I can see it. So what is the trick to getting FP to recognizing it?

I did an online chat and they tell me not to panic. We have a combination of complimentary tickets and paid tickets and the reason 2 of the 3 are showing are 2 have the complimentary and 1 is paid. They tell me that magically everyone in the party will appear on my FP day. Crossing fingers.
