I should know the answer to this but I don't. I decided recently to try for a Flower and Garden Festival trip solo. I wanted Boardwalk for convenience but only 2 days were available in a studio. I have been stalking the online booking system and now have 7 consecutive days booked at BWV, 6-1 day pool/garden studio days and 1 day mid-stay in a 1 bedroom BW view. I am going to continue to try to get that 1 bedroom changed to a pool/garden studio. So, if MS links the reservations, how likely is it that I will have to move every single night? Who has recent experience with this? TIA

MS can merge consecutive nights under one reservation in the same room as long as they are the same booking category. What they cannot do is merge reservations that are different booking categories (i.e. pool view and boardwalk view), different size rooms (studio and1BR) or of they were made with different memberships.

You can have them merge any consecutive nights for the studio…sounds like 3 studio, 1 1 bedroom, and 3 studio?

So, those studios can be combines before and after the 1 bedroom so you end up with just 3 reservations. So, ias ask them to do that now..send email or chat..and then keep trying!

Thank you Sandisw and Marionnette! If I don't get that last night in a pool/garden studio, then I'll deal with it. Since I am alone and in a studio, moving won't be too awful. At least I am at the same resort. I actually have 5 nights in a pool/garden studio, then 1 bedroom BW view, then 1 night pool/garden studio again, so if those first 5 nights are all in the same room, hooray for me!
