Linking hotel booked through Air Canada Vacations

I just booked a room at the Swan through Air Canada Vacations and it says my rservation is not found when I try to add it to MDE. Is there a different reservation number I need to get?

Thanks I looked that up. I was just wondering if anyone had experience because the f&q on the disney site can be as accurate as information from a cast member

I booked mine through Expedia and it was that reservation number. I called Disney and they linked it for me. Dolphin hotel for me.

Were you able to link it the same day or did it take a day or two. I had to call Disney for a ticket issue and they told me to call Swan directly and they couldn't findy reservation yet since I just booked today

i waited a week. My trip is not until March. I called Expedia first, they contacted Air Canada Vacations, then a representative called me. They gave me a number. I called Disney, they called me back, gave them the number the representative gave me, usless. They asked if there was another number, gave them the expedia number, and that was in the system. Linked me right there on the phone, and saw it show up on my app real time.

Ok thanks. I just booked today so I'll wait a few days and see if my actual reservation number works. I'm going from September 25 to Oct 3 so obviously I want park passes even though I know I won't get MK or Epcot for the 1st

Swan and Dolphin take up to 72 hours for you to be able to link the reservation on MDE. We recently switched from BW to Coronado to Dolphin. It took 70 hours before I was able to link our reservation at Dolphin. We are there almost the same time as you... shorter trip for us though... Sept 29-Oct 3. We were able to get Epcot for Oct 1st!

I actually ended up having to wait 5 days and had to call Marriot for the number. Everytime I called before that AC hadn't send over my info
