A child hand off (at Dumbo where it's only a 2 person vehicle) is different than me standing in line at Peter Pan only to be shoved aside by a pack of of people (all ages, not just teens) pushing their way thru to the 1 person who got in line to hold a place for like 4-8 other people (taking multiple vehicles).
That is NOT cool.
I've had it happen at several of the rides. Don't send 1 person in the group ahead to "hold" a spot for a pack of people who then come along shoving & pushing their way thru the line (which there isn't much space anyways). Yes it sucks to wait, but get in line together or wait for everybody at the entrance.
I got FP for TSM while my mom waited at the stand-by entrance area. We both went in together. I couldn't believe how many people kept pushing & shoving thru to catch up to a person who was way ahead "holding" a spot. Or the "holder" would call their group when we got close to the front & sure enough they would come pushing their way thru the line. Amazing.
