It can be tough to get it done when the kids are home, that is why I am up so early, before DD is even thinking of getting up!!

Wow is it humid today! Ran 3.5 per schedule in 36:53, a 10:32 pace.Not my best but with the healing of the foot and the heat I will take it.I got the miles in anyway.

Ran 3.5 miles today in 35:43, a 10:12 pace-better than yesterday.

Not as humid today but still warm, ah nice pool days we are having.

3 miles yesterday in 30:21, a 10:07 pace.The heat and humidity is something here.No sun right now but humid!

Supposed to do 5 today.Did 6 miles instead in 1:02:47, a 10:27 pace, oh well I'll take it for now.Still humid out there.

OK back to reality- went to Ogunquit Beach for 4 days.Have not done a thing since last Sunday.Well except eat!

Ran 6 miles today in 1:02:54,a 10:29 pace.So out of shape it is not funny.

We did 7 in 1:21, so you are doing pretty good by me!

We ran into some other runners who were doing 17 today:scared1: Nice folks, really fast paced. We felt like turtles compared to them!! But no matter, everyone gets there eventually!!
 
Scheduled for a 3.1 mile today, did it in 29:34,a 9:32 pace.I'll take it since the heat is getting here.

4 today in 42:33, a 10:38 pace.The humidity is wicked.Tomorrow is 7, I hope it cools off.

I hear ya Linda, we have 10 tomorrow, hoping the humidity breaks or we will be dead by mile 7 or 8. Will let you know how we make out.
 
7 miles in but it was ugly- the humidity won't break, there is no air movement at all. Did it in 1:15:18, a 10:45 pace- ouch!

Oh well the miles are in.

After vacation wt actually went up to 170-171, I could not let myself get more out of control so I thought maybe I would join spinning again.

Well tried my clothes on for the cruise and knew I better join spinning again.

I have been watching the food, running and joined spinning again yesterday.First time in about 4-5 yrs- still LOVE IT!

Took 2 days off.Did 8 miles today in 1:24:23,a 10:32 pace, not thrilled but will take the miles in.

I haven't gotten through all your pages (yet), but I'm so impressed by the way you mix up your exercise routine. You must be really fit! and that is really my goal, to be fit. Whatever size that ends up being, it won't matter as long as the clothes are comfortable and I don't wheeze up the stairs...
