I love the numbers after exercise too - but when I count them, I just set myself up for misery all week long when the scale doesn't stay put.
Still, you are doing great! That must be some spin class to take off that much
Our family cabin is the Idaho border of the Park (within 2 miles of it) near "Mack's Inn" and "Big Springs" in Island Park, but we have to drive all the way over Targhee Pass to go into the West Yellowstone entrance. It is definitely a "summer home" up at about 7,500 feet elevation and no access except for snow mobile during the winter. We have to board up the windows and drain all the water so the pipes won't burst over the winter. To stay there during the winter would be brrrr, freeezy, cold and not enough wood to get the temp up to comfortable. It can be durn cold when we close in October and last year we almost got snowed in for a week! I would love to spend time in that part of the world during the winter, but alas...I now teach and that keeps us close to home during the school year.
If you head out west and need a place to stay, we loan it out...
Stopping by to check out your pj. I appreciate you stopped by mine and offered encouragement. I am very impressed with your workouts. Maybe when I am feeling lazy I will come read your pj. Awesome job!!!
Ran 1.5 miles at the gym before spinning. It was not so bad, usually not fond of the TM but may work in the winter this year except for the really LRs I would go insane.
Linda-How goes the training?? I had a terrible long run yesterday, but I have to say it is the first one like that for me. With it being so dark in the am, I am on the TM at least once a week, and am sooo not digging it. Where is our pretty fall weather-cool crisp sunny days??
Today is a washout-it is absolutely POURING out there. But today is my off day-house cleaning instead!!
Keep up the good work.
Hey have you heard of the Covered Bridges Half Marathon in Vermont? It is in June, I am thinking of doing it. But they open registration at 9am some day in December and it closes is less than an hour! FIL is trying to get me to go. Says it is very pretty, only one monster hill at mile 9. Thinking about it.
