Limits on Photopass+?

I'm excited to use our first Photopass+ this year...just a few more weeks. Thank you everyone for the tips, and the status on the lines to wait for the pictures. I'll have to remember about the adjustments as well.

You may not want to let children carry the special PP+ card. We were there early in the roll out, but the PP people said several times that losing that card would severly threaten all life on Earth. Okay, just our photos, but they made it sound so serious, like it would be super difficult to replace

I wouldn't let children carry the PP+ anyway but that's just me. I was unfortunate enough to lose mine anyway. Lots of rain and ponchos off and on and you get the picture. I had no problems getting it replaced. I had my receipt and a picture of the numbers on the lanyard. Five minutes and I was done. It doesn't happen often but they do have provisions to replace them. The CM did say having documentation was why it was posssible.

My advice if you preorder take a printout of the receipt. If you buy there don't lose the receipt. In either case take a picture of the card. It makes it very easy to replace the card.

Thanks....adding documentation to my traveling stuff now. Did you just have a print out of your order? Does the card have numbers on the back that you could snap a picture with (using cell phone?). I might do that as well....I'd hate to lose it

I lost my Photopass+ when we were in Disneyland. The CM were absolutely fantastic helping me. Luckily, I had taken with my phone a picture of the back of the card with the Photopass+ number and they were able to give me a new card and transfer my pictures over to the new card number. I did have to go back a little later and get the pictures from the hour or so before I lost the card transferred as they weren't in yet.
They could see that I had purchased the photopass+ by the card number.
We loved it - found you could get as many ride pictures as you and your party are in - provided others in the picture aren't doing anything derogatory. Our first time on ToT, we weren't able to get the picture added. When I went to have the picture added to my account, the CM covered it up with a board so we couldn't even view it - even though we saw it as we exited the ride.
