Lightstream for financing DVC resales

Have an offer currently going through ROFR and currently shopping around for rates. Lightstream seemed to pop up a lot in searches here and in other places as an option to finance. Their rates seem really competitive too (4.98-7.99% depending on term and credit). Wanted to know what people's experience is with Lightstream and when is the appropriate time to reach out to them for financing? Ideally would like to do it after ROFR since they'll do a credit check. Is there a quick turnaround for availability of funds to go to closing? Thanks!

Used Lightstream for our last resale purchase at CCV. we were debating paying cash or financing and didn’t make a final decision until after ROFR. Process was very easy and interest rates were more reasonable than some other companies and had funds in our account within a few days.
We got a 3-year term but plan to pay it off much earlier. Website is pretty easy and automatic payments can be scheduled.

Similar to last poster easy peasy did after ROFR. Used versus cash and paid off early. Easy to make payments and took five minutes to get approved.

I've used LightStream for several different loans over the years and they are wonderful! Super fast, very little paperwork and no hassle. You can get funds in as little as 24 hours after approval (which is often within minutes during their normal business hours).
