Well, it wasn't intentional.

I'd planned a spa day at the GF with my mom on my last family trip. I knew there were going to be three DISers there getting pedis around the same time, and we planned to meet before we all had separate ressies to tea that afternoon.

I don't post pictures of myself on the DIS...well, at least that you can see my face in, so nobody really knows what I look like.

Imagine my surprise, when after my treatments, hair looking a greasy mess from my massage, in walk the three lovely ladies I'm supposed to meet later. I look the them and smile, and then think, wait...they don't know who I am. They just think I'm some crazy lady in a bathrobe.

So, I said what one can only say in such situations...

"Hi, I'm Kat from the DIS."

And that dear friend, is how you oh so suavely meet people in your bathrobe. I can honestly say I'll never forget it!

No! Recently, Tink(erbellarella) and I had tea in Boston at a really posh hotel, and the restroom was so nice, I had to take a picture. I posted her by the door to make sure we weren't found out.

I know this is an addiction I picked up from the DIS.

Weird to carry my camera around with me everywhere...Women have it easier since they have purses....Otherwise, I'd have many more pictures of restrooms good, bad, ugly.

Speaking of bathrooms... I love a beautiful peaceful bathroom - hard to find anywhere, especially at WDW. When the one near Lights, Motor Action first opened it was so clean, black/white/red. In the morning, before the show started, it would be so nice in there...no one would walk all the over there to use it so it was very clean and peaceful. Now it is not as nice even first thing after the park opens.

funny you say that because just today, Lumar said to me "hmm..that guys looks like Jordan!" You really do make it incredibly easy for people to stalk you. We know where you live, what you drive, when your birthday is.....And I think you have posted pictures of yourself in almost every pose imaginable...

Ahhh, now I get it. Your right, I've never seen a pic of you, but then again I don't usually post to many pics of myself either. I will however be posting some pics soon (not just of me-the trip) if it's OK with Jordy, or Glennbo.......or Liesa. Who ever will allow me to hi-jack from moment to moment.

I totally get it! I love beautiful, clean bathrooms, it's funny how it can set the mood for the place your staying at or visiting. Well, it's that way for me any way.

Minnie, it was actually clean and quiet when I went in it this trip! It turned out to be one of my favs. and one of the few bathroom's I didn't take a picture of. Only people on the DIS would admit to taking pictures of bathrooms!

Oh what a simple phrase like "Lucky Charms" will bring out in people....it's been a hilarious 48 hours. Thanks for all the laughs....It's been sorely needed in my life for sure....

Not at all creeped out....when you have "strangers" yelling out your name at WDW, you know you've crossed over into the realm of being known without knowing in return.

Chapter 36. Scarred for life.

When we last left you, we were doing a Italy photoshoot. After our photoshoot, we walked over to the American Adventure. They were doing the same thing here as they were in China. We were to go in through the exit but the next show wasn't for 25 minutes....We decided to SIT and wait....Like that's a surprise.

So Dylan wakes up and he is NOT happy. I can't remember if he wanted something and didn't get it or if was just overly tired or if Erin had made him mad, but he just started throwing a tantrum. We all ignored him to try and get him to settle down quickly, but it didn't work. we then started laughing at him a little. I'm sure we scarred him for life because then we took pictures of him...poor guy...I'm such a bad uncle. However, I did want to document this trip thoroughly and knew that those with kids would appreciate knowing that every kid has their moments:

We were let into the show. A few of us fell asleep (pic from Winkers or Rosie). Obviously Dylan's tantrum had no lasting effects on me...

I don't know what happened after the show, but 1) it was dark 2) we ended up sitting for another few minutes. I found an interesting place to lay down... (pic from winkers)

Wendy and Derek and gang had a 730pm ADR at Coral Reef. I remember it being around 7:00. So they took off. Winkers, DJay, Rosie and I walked past Japan??? to Morocco. I had to use the restroom. Ahh..the advantages of being a man--any fountain, wall, gutter, bush, pool will do...

We walked around the back area. I don't think I've ever taken the time to really walk through the shops. What great theming:

We still had time before our ADR....so we walked back to Japan......

Chapter 37. Under the Sea.

While we were touring the rest of the World and having our dinner, Wendy, Derek and gang were off to the Coral Reef for dinner. Wendy and Derek had eaten there in 1996. I had eaten there in 08, but they hadn't been back yet. They thought it would be a good restaurant to eat at with the kids.
