I realize dinner has the characters, but if there were no characters, what would you do? Lunch or dinner?? Also, can you order off the kid's menu for dinner and pay that price if everyone else is eating the family style price? My son is autistic and a very picky eater. He will more than likely only eat chicken fingers which is not on the dinner menu. Thanks!

We perfer having lunch at LTT after 1:30 or so. The pace has slowed down a bit and it is a wonderful experience. The food is great. There are several items on the lunch menu that we love. The turkey and dressing is really good. DD usually has a burger and they are large and juicy.

How does your DS do with the noise and crowd of a character meal? If it is somewhat of a problem, the breakfast at Cape May Cafe is usually less hectic and crowded after 9:30. My neice is autistic and she could never do a character meal, but as we know, each kid is different.:sunny: But she loves her chicken fingers, too!

I would try a late lunch - it's a little cheaper and you still get good deal of food for the price. Plus they should have the Paul Revere Chicken Strips with fries available during lunch. Then maybe you can have a light dinner later that evening.

Thanks you guys! My son is actually deaf as well as autistic (more than a couple of doctors have told us that for him it is probably a blessing since he has other sensory issues) so he actually loves the character meals!! We do have a breakfast already planned at Cape May so I am glad that one was recommended! We have a few different character meals planned already (Chef Mickey's, Donald's at AK, Cape May) so if we go here the characters are not such a big deal. Thanks for the tips, I think we will switch it to late lunch unless anyone thinks dinner is a must??

Hi,
We always make sure we have lunch at the LTT. There is so much good food to choose from . The character dinner is very nice too. You can order a sundae in a LTT mug and you get to take a clean mug home. They are very nice looking mugs.

We ate lunch there in May and my DD7 declares that LTT has the best hamburger that she has ever eaten! We all enjoyed our meals. Delicious!

We're going to try dinner in Nov. and of course we will go back for lunch.

Lori
