Liberty Tree Tavern dinner- good spot for Spectromagic?

HI~
We've never eaten at LTT before.
We're doing CP for breakfast and just doing counter service for lunch.
In thinking about dinner, we're considering LTT as I've heard some positive reviews on here.
Would LTT be a good choice for dinner taking Spectromagic into consideration?
Spectromagic is supposed to be at 8pm on the evening we're in MK.
I read in the Unofficial Guide that there's a good vantage point on a covered walkway between LTT and The Diamond Horseshoe Saloon.

Does this seem like a good idea? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

DH and I did this on our last trip. We made ADR for LTT character dinner. And they had just started setting up the ropes for the parade before we were finished. We had a great dinner, came out of the restaurant and then got a great spot right up front for the parade.

We always sit on the benches across from LTT. It's a good place to view the parade.

In January our dinner at LTT ran later than we expected. As we came out the restaurant the parade was just getting ready to come by. We stood on the "porch" of LTT and had a nice view of Spectromagic!

I actually made our ADR for Liberty Tree Taven with the parade in mind. We have always sat near LTT for the parade. So our plan is the same as others, eat at LTT and them come straight out for the parade.

It's great to get your responses.
It looks like that's what we'll be doing, then.
I was thinking that a 6:30 ADR should work out for an 8pm parade (?).
I have two little ones that won't really want to be sitting around eating for any more than an hour...nor will I!
