Very cool! I always put together a *book* too - but not nearly as fancy/pretty as yours. I'm going to have to pretty mine up a bit me thinks!

We must have a lot of DIS fans here in Juneau - went to Home Depot to get Alien Green mickey heads - they were completely out..

So, does it have to be the Alien Green or can it be another bright green color?

Just in case Home Depot doesn't restock before we leave

I am also making a CountDown board - it will have a mickey head (painted) with a Castle 3d sticker on top of it with numbers using mickey heads for the counters

You can use whatever color you like, but the Alien Green is classic DIS!! If for some reason they don't have any as you get closer to your dates -- send me a message if you're still around. I have a few left over that I think I can spare.

Have fun with your countdown board!! We made a calendar with all the other colors once. It was so much fun.

well... peeling them is easier and you can glue together.. or laminate them so there more resistant

Aha! I found a couple of photos of them. This is what I did to mine. I really hope to actually find them again. I never got to wear them at DLR!!





I'm pretty sure I put more on the back of at least one of them, but I didn't photograph it. I thought I outlined the LGMH with them.

When you pick them up from HD they come on these cardstock pieces. I just peel them off (carefully) and then glue two together so it can be double sided.

Depending on how you wanted to do it. I laminated first and then blinged it out second.

I wouldn't try laminating it afterward. That wouldn't turn out well I don't think. You could try just leaving it as is but it wouldn't be very durable I don't think.
