Ours sons really miss hanging out with your DS!
How long did you wait for the Aly and AJ show? We saw that you were first in line for the late show while we were exiting the early show.
The boys had a great time with your son playing the Desperate Shipmates game even though it was "adults only". They actually solved it! However, when they weren't allowed in the theater for the final show, my DS just sat outside the door and cried! Why put an "adult only" game on the cabin tv's for kids to watch if they aren't allowed to play along. At least they got a free flashlight out of it once we escorted them into the final showing of Desperate Shipmates. They ended up talking to castmember David quite a while about it at Castaway Cay about his role in the show.
Everytime we came across your son and our boys at Deck 6, they were just sitting there peacefully at the little table playing their Nintendo DS's. However, we did ask the boys not to hang out on Deck 6 midship anymore after we saw other boys behaving poorly in the same spot. The other kids would jump into the glass as elevators passed by or were just plain loud and obnoxious. As I said before, it didn't distract from our overall enjoyment, but I think with 7 sea days we just seemed to see a lot more of it than we had on prior cruises.
DS also misses them a lot - he had such a great time with them. They were so excited about that Desperate shipmates weren't they. That was too cute. They were all hugging that last night outside our room and they kept saying they didn't want to leave. He keeps asking if we could go to Colorado one day so that he can see them or meet up on another cruise or at Disney. I didn't get a chance to tell you and June but we thoroughly enjoyed having your boys around and I had a lot of fun with the them doing Roger's scavenger hunt, they actually figured out a lot of the clues
DS said that one time they were sitting there and that a couple of the tween girls came by all rude telling them they had to get up and leave because they wanted to sit there. When the boys told them no one of the girls went and got their father who made them move. I wish I had known about that at the time it happened
We waited about 1 hour before the doors opened to the Aly and AJ show. We got there at 7pm. I just wanted to avoid the rush into the theater but that never happened because they were checking for the hand stamp from the early show.
It didn't distract us from having a great cruise either. and it was minor things that only happened a couple of times
