Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Well we only got about 3 inches here, but Dsis lives about 45 minutes north and they got 10 1/2 inches. She can have it! It was more sleet than anything.

It snows every night here in Celebration, during the month of December, at 6:00, 7, 8 and 9. However, I don't recommend trying to catch the "flakes" on your tongue.

I had to put a sweatshirt on today during the day, does that count?:lmao:

I predict to get less snow than Pete. He lives further north than I do!:lmao:

This is what it was like near Panama, NY where we spent Thanksgivig

This is the reason I remained in Florida...

Well,,, that, a good job, a Floridian for a husband, a house, a mortgage, car payments, the good job so I could pay for all my stuff....you get the idea!

are you ready for more? 3-6 forecasted for my area, second storm in a week.
IMHO, WI is SOL again this year :goodvibes i think we will equal or top the 100":scared1:
this is how it all started last year, it's only pretty for the first or second time.then it becomes a PIA LOL

i am counting the days until i can get to Florida and see some green grass and feel some warmth from the Sun. :worship:

When I awoke this morning at 6am we were at 35 degrees with a hard frost. Now, keep in mind that I live just 25 miles west of Ft. Wilderness!!
:scared1:

well I got home to the TT yesterday and found the awning torn up. I had it tied down with 7k lb. tie downs but a strong wind came through and blew it up anyway...so I'm hoping no snow til we see how much damage there is...right now I'm headed to see if I can at least move the awning so I can run my heat tonight.....with wind chills its susposed to be in the 20's!! The repair people couldn't be there until tomorrow!!!! arghhhhhhhhhhhh so close to vacation time too!

Barney called and he said he'll fix it.

None here yet ... but then again ... my place usually doesn't see any snow until March. Maybe this year we'll see some earlier ... ?? (hoping!)

Ahhh, this is more like it! 6am, 25 miles west of FtW....53 degrees.

But us Floridians can't break out our shorts just yet...another cold front coming thru on Sunday with over-night temps back in the 30's and just one county north of FtW - they are predicting over-night temps in the high teens or low twenties. Now, I don't care where you're from....that's c-c-c-cold!!

oh yea that global warming thing. heck it has been colder earlier this year in florida than i can remember. this time of year here it is usually still warm and humid.

And its made for some GREAT trips to FW!! :thumbsup2

Please please please be warm...just a little....I'm not asking for much.....when we're there next week!!! Please?????? Oh Mother Nature, you're excellency!!!!:worship: I really want to leave my coat at home!!!!
